For MMW model, install an expansion vessel of at least 8 liters to protect the product against water
hammer and to avoid continuous restart of pump in presence of small leaks in the system. For MMA
model, have to install an expansion vessel at least 20 liters. Vessel have to be pre-loaded with air at a
pressure of 0.8 x pressure value set in the inverter. The precharge is performed with zero pressure
system.
Recommendations:
Install AQUONTROLLER near the pump; if mounted directly on the pump check there are no
o
harmful vibrations.
For the MMW model, the pipes must be no less than the diameter of AQUONTROLLER
o
hydraulic.
Insert a cartridge filter to protect the hydraulic system and possible AQUONTROLLER (model
o
MMW) from solid parts in the liquid pumped.
For the MMW model, install valves with union upstream and downstream of the inverter so as
o
to facilitate the eventual isolation and / or removal from the system.
