PREPARING THE COFFEE

The cup grill can rotate up to 180° to allow the use of mugs, small
cups and containers of various sizes.
DOSED COFFEE BREWING
FOR PREMIUM MODEL ONLY
The machine is already programmed to brew a co ee dose of 30 cc.
Carry out steps 1, 2, 3 of the
MANUAL COFFEE BREWING section.
Press the dosed coff ee brew button. The machine will automatically

end the brewing once the programmed coff ee quantity has been re-
ached.
Bring the lever back to the off position.

The co ee brewing can be interrupted at any moment by pressing the
dosed co ee brew button again.
PROGRAMMING THE COFFEE DOSE
FOR PREMIUM MODEL ONLY
Carry out steps 1, 2, 3 of the
MANUAL COFFEE BREWING section.
Press the dosed coff ee brew button and hold it until the desired quan-

tity of coff ee to programme is brewed.
Release the dosed coff ee brew button and bring the lever back to the

off position.
The programmed quantity of co ee (minimum 25 cc – maximum 200
cc) can be modi ed by repeating the programming operation.
USING THE STEAM / HOT WATER WAND
Danger of scalding! Short spurts of hot water may occur when starting
hot water / steam dispensing. The steam / hot water wand may reach
high temperatures. Do not touch it with bare hands. Do not turn the
steam / hot water wand towards people or animals. Make sure there is
always enough water in the tank.
DISPENSING HOT WATER
When the machine is ready, place an empty container under the

steam / hot water wand and open the knob slowly.
EXTRA: press the coff ee brew switch. A stream of hot water will

come out from the steam / hot water wand.

PREMIUM:
will come out from the steam / hot water wand.
EXTRA PREMIUM
press the coff ee brew switch again to stop dispensing
EXTRA:

and close the steam / hot water knob.
PREMIUM: press the manual brew button again to stop dispensing
and close the steam / hot water knob.
with this procedure you can dispense up to 250 cc of water
PREMIUM:
for each dispensing.
DISPENSING STEAM AND BREWING CAPPUCCINO
press the steam switch. All indicator lights turn off . When

the steam switch is steadily on, the machine is ready.
If steam nishes before the desired result has been achieved, prime the
circuit (see section "Priming the Water Circuit").
