The camera image does not appear on the screen
Unstable wireless reception

Cause
In full screen mode: Incorrect channel selected
Camera not powered
The camera and monitor are not paired
The camera is out of range
Objects are preventing wireless connection
Antenne not firmly attatched or both are not parallel to each
other
Camera channel not activated
Monitor and camera too far apart
Antennas not parallel
Wireless connection is blocked
Interference with wireless signal
Battery is discharged
Power safe mode is selected
Camera channel has not been selected or have no connection
Strong lightsource shining into the camera lens
Overexposure due to strong light source
Mechanical filter is stuck due to incorrect orientation or
movement of the camera
SD-card not inserted
SD-card locked
SD-card full
Touch screen auto-lock is enabled
Motion from trees or plants, light or shadow, snow or rain etc.
Remedy
Select the desired camera
Check that the Power LED [16] on the corresponding camera lights. If
not, check the mains adapter and cable connection.
Pair camera and monitor
Use an antenna extension cable (see chapter 17)
Reduce the distance between camera and receiver
Remove large objects or change the location of camera and/or receiver
Connect the antenna [28] tightly and position both antennas parallel to
each other, eg. both vertical
Activate the desired camera channel (see Chapter 12. see [54]")
Reduce the distance between camera and monitor
Position of antennas parallel to each other
Remove objects, in particular metallic objects and/or change the location
of camera and/or monitor
Check that there are no interference sources near camera and receiver eg
WLAN Router, elektrical produvts, Microwave ovens
Connect mains adapter
Press
on/off button
[8] or turn off the Power safe mode (see 12.[60])
See the first two faults above
Move the camera to another location
Change the direction or location of the camera
Tap the camera lightly, place a hand across the camera front to darken
the picture, or interupt the power supply
Insert a readable and unlocked SD card and format this
Unlock the SD-card
Format the SD-card (see chapter 12: [59])
Tap the On/off button [8] or disable the Touch screen auto-lock (see
chapter 12: [62])
Reduce the sensitivity of the motion detection or change the position of
the camera
