PLEASE NOTE!
❐ Danger of scalding from hot spit! Once you have removed the hot spit from the
oven, never touch it with your bare hands. Wear oven gloves!
12. Place the food on a plate, loosen the ring bolts on the spit and pull them off.
13. Allow the oven, the baking tray and the spit to cool down. Then clean all parts (see the
"Cleaning" section). Do not allow any food residues to dry on.

Cleaning

PLEASE NOTE!
❐ Danger of scalding from hot device parts! Allow the device to cool down before
cleaning it.
❐ CAUTION: Danger to life due to electrocution! Remove the plug from the mains
socket before cleaning the device. Never immerse the device, the mains cable or plug in
water. Never place the device in the dishwasher.
❐ Do not spray cleaning agents directly onto the device. Do not use any glass cleaners.
❐ Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the device. These could damage
the surface. Do not use metal objects.
• After use, remove all food residues from the baking tray and rinse it with a mild cleaning
agent and warm water. You can also clean it in the dishwasher. You can also clean the rack
and the rotating spit in this way.
• If necessary, clean the oven on the outside and inside (including the covers for the heat-
ing elements) with a damp cloth and then wipe down the surfaces so that they are dry.
You can also use a cleaning agent which is suitable for ovens. Please follow the instruc-
tions on how to use the cleaning agent.
• If the crumb collection tray (4) is full, remove it from the device (with the glass door
closed). Remove any food residues and rinse it with a mild cleaning agent and warm water.
• Allow all parts to dry completely before placing them back in the oven.
