The declared vibration total value has
been measured in accordance with a standard
test method and may be used for comparing one
tool with another that the declared vibration total
value may also be used in a preliminary
assessment of exposure.
A warning that the vibration emission
during actual use of the power tool can differ
from the declared total value depending on the
ways in which the tool is used and of the need to
identify safety measures to protect the operator
that are based on an estimation of exposure in
the actual conditions of use (taking account of
all parts of the operating cycle such as the times
when the tool is switched off and when it is
running idle in addition to the trigger time).
UNPACKING
WARNING: to prevent accidental starting that could
cause possible serious personal injury, assemble all
parts to your saw before connecting it to power
supply. Saw should never be connected to power
supply when you are assembling parts, making
adjustments, installing or removing blades, or when
not in use.
WARNING: if any parts are missing, do not operate
this tool until the missing parts are replaced. Failure
to do so could result in possible serious personal
injury.
Do not discard the packing materials until you
have carefully inspected the saw, identified all
parts, and satisfactorily operated your new
saw.
NOTE: if any parts are damaged or missing, do not
attempt to plug in the power cord and turn the
switch on until the damaged or missing parts are
obtained and are installed correctly.
BEFORE STARTING WORK
Place the machine on a stable support, in other
words on a workbench, a sub-frame or the like.
Secure it if it is to be used as a stationary machine.
Ensure that all the covers and safety equipment are
installed correctly.
The saw blade must turn freely.
Check all the moving parts to ensure that they move
easily.
Before connecting the machine compare the data
on the model plate with the mains data.
SET UP AND ASSEMBLY
Your Miter Saw is completely assembled when
you receive it. You may wish to attach the
following included accessory items.
1.
Dust Collector Bag installs by inserting the bag
opening into the outlet on top of the saw casing.
2.
The material hold down clamp can be inserted
into the two holes on either sides of the guide
fence, and held in place with the thumb screws.
3.
The material support brackets may be inserted
into the two holes on both sides of the table,
and held in place with the thumb screws.
4.
Avoid wet conditions when using electrical
equipment.
Always inspect power cords and extension cords for
damage before use. Never plug in a power cord that
is not in good condition.
INSTALLATION AND SET UP

INSTALLATION AND UNLOAD OF SAW BLADE
Before installing and unloading saw blade, turn off
the switch and disconnect the plug form the
power receptacle.
When transporting, fix the handle to low position
with stop bolt, Lower handle to loosen the bolt
and pull it.
Lift up the safe cover and center cover.
Lock spindle by inserting the lock and holding the
prong spanner. Loosen hex bolt clockwise with
wrench, then dismount the bolt and flange.
