maintenance measures executed during the warranty period have been registered in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed the customer shall return the defective parts at his expense to I-Valo, who
bears the costs for repairs or replacement. I-Valo shall bear the costs for shipping the repaired or
replaced parts to the customer. The warranty obligation does not refer to natural wear and tear nor
improper or unsuitable handling or excessive stressing.

The warranty becomes null and void, if these instructions have not been followed.
