1. Briefly stand on the scale to turn it on.
2. press the set button for a few seconds
3. select your user memory (the display will always automatically show the
previously selected memory).
4. Briefly stand on the scale to confirm the setting. The display will now show 0.0.
5. step on to the scale and wait until the numbers
are stabilised. the numbers will blink once,
after which you will see symbols moving from
the left to the right.
6. at this point the results will appear. the results will be repeated 3 times.
Use the chart below based on the age and body fat percentage for reference after the
weighing.
