The operating instructions for the loading carriage describe how to
insert and remove the modules.
Before loading the machine and before starting a
programme
- Check that fittings such as irrigation sleeves and injector nozzles
are securely screwed into position.
 Make sure that all screw connectors are fitted with injector
nozzles, adapters, irrigation sleeves or blind stoppers to ensure
that all fittings in use are supplied with sufficient standardised
pressure.
Damaged fittings such as injector nozzles, adapters and irrigation
sleeves must not be used.
Fittings not equipped with wash items do not have to be replaced
blind stoppers.
- Is the module correctly docked to the water supply in the load car-
rier?

Preparing the load

 Damage to the measuring cylinders.
If the measuring cylinders touch each other during reprocessing or
rest against the wall of the wash cabinet or against the door of the
cleaning machine, damage can occur at the points of contact. For
example, the items may become scratched or the glass may break.
Arrange the measuring cylinders so that they are not touching each
other or resting against the wall of the wash cabinet or against the
door of the cleaning machine.
Guide the measuring cylinder through the holder frame and over the

nozzle and place it on the support for the injector nozzle.
