Cleaning of the filter
There is available a filter in the inlet nipple of the reverse flow prevention system. For the
cleaning of the filter, the flexible hose that is fitted to the nipple is removed. The filter inside the
nipple is taken out and cleaned. The filter is put into its place and the flexible hose is fitted to the
nipple. It is checked that whether there is water leakage in the connection by turning on the
angle valve.

Cleaning of the reverse flow prevention system
The outer surfaces of Aquacare protection cover can be cleaned with a soft brush and soapy
water. In the case that the water on the covers is dried after the cleaning, also the occurrence of
the water stains is prevented. In the case that liquids having dense acid content, hydrochloric
acid and powder cleansers, bleach, decalcifier detergents containing sulphuric acid, nitric
acid, hydrochloric acid and other acids and chlorine based bleaching are used, loss of gloss
and discoloration may be seen on the protective covers. The use of this kind of chemicals is not
recommended. In the case that this type of chemical substances are used for the general
cleaning purpose in the space where the product is present, the environment should be
ventilated very well and the products should not be exposed to the steam of these chemicals.
While cleaning your products, you must not use such materials that have abrasive/scratching
effect such as steel wool or hard cleaning sponge.
The reverse flow prevention injector inside Aquacare does not require any cleaning under the
normal conditions. Nevertheless, if cleaning is required, the cleaning can be ensured by
removing the protective covers. The exterior of the injector can be cleaned with water. In order
