Instruction manual
USE
•
Pre-heat your appliance for 10 minutes before using it.
•
Grease the grill plate and the pans with a little oil.
•
Do not use anything metal, to avoid damaging the non-stick
coating. You can use the included wooden spatulas to turn your
food.
•
When you put your food on the grill, make sure you turn it
regularly.
•
Small pieces of meat and/or fish cook quicker than big pieces.
•
Do not pierce the meat; this makes it lose some of its juices and
some of its flavour.
•
During cooking, any bits of food left behind should be removed
immediately to prevent them from sticking onto the plate.
•
Never put frozen food on the grill plate, the heat shock could
damage the plate.
