Access for assembly
and maintenance work
In order to get easier
access for assembling
and mountaining the rear
and/or side walls must be
designed with removable
covers.
This is particularly
important if the device
features a basket lift.
Please make sure if the
fryer is equipped with
basket lift, that you have
acces to the basket lift
from the side.
