Dropping in and sealing the top of the deep fat fryer module

Be careful when dropping in the deep fat fryer module! Crush hazard!
- Cover the support plate with a strip of adhesive tape along its entire length so that it
will not get stuck to the pactan, as this would make it very difficult to remove the top
of the deep fat fryer from the work top later on!
- Apply a thin bead of pactan onto the work top along the line of the support plate.
- Insert the deep fat fryer module and tighten the screws.
- Remove excess pactan.
Top of the deep fat fryer module
Cover the entire support plate on the outer face with an
adhesive strip before applying the pactan.
The pactan must not be allowed to set inside the gap, as
this would make removing the unit later on very difficult.
Apply a bead of pactan before installing
the top section of the fryer to seal it in.
