A correct fit is likely if the vehicle manufacturer has declared in the vehicle handbook that the
vehicle is capable of accepting a "UNIVERSAL" child restraint for this age group.
WARNING! When the child car seat is fastened with the car's safety belts, select the seats having
3-point safety belts with a roller, approved according to the regulation UN/ECE 16 or other
equivalent standards. In doubt, immediately contact the manufacturer or the authorized retailer.
Do not use the seat for children heavier than 18kg or where the child' shoulder go beyond the
upper slots of the straps.
The SECURFIX BRUUM child car seat is suitable for general in-vehicle use and is compatible with
most, but not all, seat types.
Check the instruction manual of the car to see in which positions the child seat can be installed. In
case of doubt the manufacturer or dealer.
