6. Wipe the exterior and interior of the unit with a clean, non-
abrasive cloth.
• Hard to reach areas may be cleaned using a small
brush and mild dish soap.
• Stubborn stains may be removed with a good stainless
steel cleaner or a non-abrasive cleaner.
7. Wipe all crumbs on the floor of the cabinet into the crumb
tray along the front of the unit.
8. Tilt the crumb tray to remove crumbs. To tilt the crumb tray,
lift the crumb tray up and angle away from unit.

Adjusting the Shelves

The shelves are shipped as slanted shelves, but can be
transformed into horizontal shelves. Use the following
procedure to adjust a slanted shelf to a horizontal shelf.
1. Move the Power I/O (on/off) switch to the O (off) position
and allow the unit to cool.
2. After the cooling fans stop, unplug the power cord.
3. Remove the shelves. Remove the shelves by lifting up and
pulling out.
4. Change the two shelf adjusters on each shelf to their
horizontal position.
On each side of a shelf:
a. Remove the shelf adjuster by unscrewing the two shelf
bracket screws.
b. Orient the shelf adjuster to the horizontal position.
c. Re-attach the shelf adjuster to the shelf bracket by using
the two shelf bracket screws.
5. Re-install each shelf by inserting the hook on the shelf
bracket into the slot inside the unit.
