    Aarding is nodig voor een goede werking en voorkomt, bij aanraking, elektrische schokken. 3. Toepassing en werking Het ES-2J ionisatiepistool wordt toegepast daar waar men materialen wenst te af te blazen en gelijktijdig te neutraliseren. Het ES-2J ionisatiepistool is een perslucht pistool met een ionisatiepunt in de luchtdoorgang.

     Controleer of de pakbongegevens overeenkomen met de gegevens op het ontvangen product. Bij problemen en/of onduidelijkheden: Neem contact op met Simco-Ion of met de agent in uw regio 5.2.     Het indicatielampje op het voedingsapparaat geeft een indicatie voor de aanwezige hoogspan- ning. Met een Simco-Ion staaftester kan worden gecontroleerd of de hoogspanning op de ionisatie- punt van het pistool aanwezig is. Voor het bepalen van de efficiency van het ionisatiepistool dient een veldsterktemeter te worden gebruikt.

Onderhoud Waarschuwing:  Bij werkzaamheden aan de apparatuur: Apparatuur spanningsloos maken Controle Het pistool valt onder de Europese richtlijn Arbeidsmiddelen (89/655EEG en 95/63EEG) en dient overeenkomstig deze norm periodiek te worden gecontroleerd. Reinigen Door gebruik van vuile perslucht kan vervuiling van het pistool ontstaan. Door vervuiling van het pistool vermindert de werking.

    7. Monteer de trekkerpen. Voor vervanging van de HS kabel wordt aanbevolen het pistool voor reparatie op te sturen naar SIMCO (Nederland) B.V. Verpak deze deugdelijk en vermeld duidelijk de reden van retour. 11. Afdanken Volg voor het afdanken van het apparaat de lokaal geldende (milieu-)regels.

    Ionensprühspitze erforderliche Hochspannung. Die Ionensprühspitze ist kapazitiv gekoppelt und somit berührungssicher. Die ES-2J erzeugt einen Luftstrom mit viel positiven und negativen Ionen. Wenn dieser Luft- strom auf eine elektrostatisch geladene Fläche gerichtet wird, findet ein Elektronenaustausch statt, wodurch die Fläche neutralisiert wird. Hierdurch werden die Teile beim Abblasen neutrali- siert und verhindern Sie die Wiederanziehung der abgeblasenen Teilchen.

     Prüfen Sie, ob die Angaben auf dem Packzettel mit den am Produkt angezeigten Daten übereinstimmen. Bei irgendwelchen Problemen und/oder Unklarheiten können Sie sich mit Simco-Ion oder Ihrem Regionalagenten in Verbindung setzen. 5.2. Installation 5.2.1. Pistole an das Netzteil anschließen 1.

     Schalten Sie das Netzteil ein. 7. Funktionsprüfung Die Anzeigelampe am Netzteil zeigt an, daß Hochspannung vorhanden ist. Mit einem Ionensprühstabprüfer von Simco-Ion läßt sich feststellen, ob an der Ionensprühspitze der Pistole Hochspannung anliegt. Der Wirkungsgrad der Ionensprühpistole läßt sich mit einem Feldstärkemeßgerät ermitteln.

    8. Wartung Warnung:  Bei der Durchführung von Arbeiten am Gerät: das Gerät spannungslos machen. Kontrolle Die Pistole fällt unter die europäische Arbeitsmittel-Richtlinie (89/655EWG und 95/63EWG) und ist gemäß dieser Norm turnusmäßig zu überprüfen. Reinigung Verunreinigung der Pistole ist möglicherweise auf verschmutzte Druckluft zurückzuführen. Die Funktionsweise der Pistole wird durch Verschmutzung beeinträchtigt.

    7. Setzen Sie den Abzugsstift ein. Zum Ersatz des HS-Kabels empfiehlt es sich, die Pistole zur Durchführung von Reparaturarbei- ten an SIMCO (Nederland) B.V. zu schicken. In diesem Fall ist das Gerät sorgfältig zu verpa- cken und der Rücksendungsgrund eindeutig anzugeben.

    The ES-2J ionizing air gun is used to blow off and simultaneously neutralize materials. The ES-2J ionizing air gun is a compressed air gun with an emitter point in the air passage. The gun must be connected to a Simco-Ion power unit. This power unit supplies the high voltage for the emitter point.

    7. Functional check The indicator lamp on the power unit is an indication of the available high voltage. A Simco-Ion bar checker can be used to verify that the high voltage at the emitter point of the gun is on.

    5. Screw the new valve into the gun. 6. Place the trigger. 7. Fit the trigger pin. When replacing the HV cable, it is recommended to send the gun for repair to SIMCO (Nederland) B.V. Pack it properly and clearly state the reason for return.

    Le voyant sur l’appareil d’alimentation indique si la haute tension est en circuit. La présence de haute tension sur la pointe ionisante peut être contrôlée au moyen d’un testeur à barre Simco-Ion. L’efficacité d’un pistolet à air ionisé doit être établie avec un appareil de mesure de champs électrostatiques.

    Nettoyage L’emploi d’air comprimé contenant des impuretés peut mener à l’encrassement du pistolet. L’efficacité du pistolet diminue à cause de cet encrassement.
