Operating instructions
Connect power cord to appropriate power source.
GBC HeatSeal H65/H75 Laminator is designed for 2 x 75 micron
(total 150) and 2 x 125 micron
(total 250) pouches.
Choose the right setting (fig. 1), depending on pouch thickness used
1
(the pouch thickness (75 or 125 mic.) is mentioned on the pouch
box).
2
Push the switch located on the right side to "On" (I) (fig. 2a). The red
"Power" indicator lamp will illuminate (fig. 2b).
The "Ready" indicator lamp will glow green when the laminator
3
reaches lamination temperature (fig. 3).
Note: It is normal for the Ready Light to cycle ON and OFF after
initial warm up. You can continue laminating.
Helpful laminating hints
As soon as the lamination is completed, remove from the rear of the
1
machine and place on a cool flat surface for cooling to prevent the
pouch from curling.
If the laminated item appears to be cloudy, it means that the
2
laminator temperature is not hot enough. Allow the laminator to heat
for a few more minutes then run the pouch through again. If the
laminated item is wavy, the laminator is too hot. Verify temperature
selector is set at the appropriate temperature.
