lightdim connect (optional)
lightdim connect allows those luminaires equipped with the relevant sensor to communicate amongst them-
selves (swarm function), so that in an open office environment, not only is the luminaire bright in the area
of a recognised presence, but also in the area surrounding that luminaire. This increases the visual comfort,
reduces fatigue and increases the sense of security.
Luminaires that are delievered with lightdim connect are set to Plug & Play. All luminaires react with one
another as long as the radio range is sufficient. As standard, the luminaires will react to a 20% radio fre-
quency strength.
As buildings often have different work areas (surfaces) that are not to meant react all together with one
another, you can use a combination of keys on the IR remote control to assign each luminaire to a zone.
We have the divided the zones into two values, so that the field / area and floors can be specified. To do this,
press on the remote control keys :

Now the two numerical values can be configured using the

With this input, the luminaire is now region 20 assigned to the 4th floor and will only respond to luminaires
that are also assigned to this area (area and floor).
You can also adjust the brightness of the ambient lighting:

Please do not use area or floor zero, since this activates a specialised function.
