PROBLEM
Appliance won't operate

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Appliance is not plugged in properly
On/Off button has not been activated

SOLUTIONS
Check connections
Set to 'ON' position
Turn knob to required temperature
Let appliance cool down then re-set
Remove and replace it in correct position

Don't mix different types of oil

Set thermostat to lower setting
Use a suitable, high quality oil
Dry food well
