Using the Appliance

1. Place the lid on the device, aligning the lugs accordingly.

• The ice cream tastes best when fresh.
• If you do not plan to eat the ice cream immediately,
we recommend keeping the prepared ice cream in the
freezer.

or wood to remove the yogurt from the container.

it in the fridge.
NOTE:
You may re-use 150 ml of the finished yogurt as a starter
culture. Do not use this starter culture more than 20 times
as the effect wears off over time.

Recipes for Making Ice Cream

• Please refer to the instructions in chapter "Preparation
for Making Ice Cream" when preparing the ice cream
mixture.
• You may use the measuring cup included in the delivery
scope.
• Amounts specified in the recipes are for reference only.
Adjust according to your taste.
• If you would like to increase the quantities to a maximum
of 900 ml, the ingredients must be adjusted in the correct
proportions. The preparation time prolongs accordingly.
• Check other cookbooks or online for more recipes.
Vanilla Ice Cream
