· Cut meat into small squares to shorten cooking time.
RACLETTES
· Use a thin layer of vegetable oil on the stone and the mini pans. This will prevent sticking
and cleaning after use will be easier.
· For raclettes use approximately 200-250g special raclette cheese per person. Cut the
cheese into thin slices of 2mm.
· Lay the cheese in the raclette mini pans and place the mini pans on the appliance in the
specially designed slots. The cheese will be ready in about 3-4 minutes. Do not overfill the
pans.
· The above can be prepared with a combination of onions, gherkins, lettuce, baguettes or
potatoes.
· The raclette mini pans are also suitable for frying eggs or new potatoes (small) and even
meat.
· Do not touch the pans with bare hands; use the handles.
· Never heat empty pans. Place empty pans on the 'chill zone' plate.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
· Set the temperature control to MIN and unplug from the socket before cleaning.
Note: the stone stays warm for a long time. Wait until it has cooled down.
· All external surfaces can be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge and possibly with
washing up liquid and water. Do not use sharp objects; use only a wooden scraper. Make
sure that water does not get into the appliance. Never immerse the appliance in water.
· Never use any aggressive of abrasive cleaning agents. These could cause damage to the
special non-stick surface layer on the pans.
·
Do not immerse the appliance in water and never wash it in a dishwashing machine.
· The mini pans can be immersed in water.
