Toaster operation
- Insert the plug into a wall socket.
- Use the infinitely adjustable browning
control knob to select the desired degree
of browning from light '1' to dark '5'.
- Insert the bread into the toast slot and
press the operating lever down.
- Once the desired degree of browning is
reached, the toaster will switch off
automatically and the slices are ejected
and can be removed.
- To interrupt the toasting process, push
the operating lever up.
- Allow the toaster to cool down for 60 - 90
seconds after each cycle.

Do not cover the toast slot during
operation.
Gourmet grill operation
- Pre-heat the grill compartment by
switching on the upper and/or lower
heating elements and heat up the grill
compartment without the pan.

- If you wish to use the lower heating
element in addition to the upper element,
a light coat of suitable fat or oil
specifically intended for deep-frying
should be applied to the surface of the
pan.
- Place the food to be fried into the pan.
To prevent the oil or fat from spilling,
make sure that it is not overfilled. The
approximate grilling/cooking times can
be found in the table below.
- Insert the handle into the pan.
- Place the pan into the grill compartment.
During cooking, the handle must be
removed from the pan.
- Always place the hot pan onto a heat-
resistant surface.
- To prevent damage to the non-stick
coating of the pan, we recommend the
use of wooden cutlery when stirring,
turning or lifting out the food.
- Always switch off the grill after cooking
is completed.
