6.3 Equipping the ROBO WH 652D (TS) /WH W500 torch neck

1 Screw the tip adaptor (3) into the torch neck (5).
2 Screw the contact tip (2) into the tip adaptor (3) and tighten it using a multiple wrench.
3 Screw the welding spatter guard (4) into the torch neck (5).
4 Slide the gas nozzle (1) on the torch neck (5) rotating it slightly clockwise.
5 Screw in the ready-to-use equipment kit (6) on the connection side.
6.4 Equipping the hose assembly
NOTICE
• Select the proper wire type and the related wire guide.
• For cutting the wire size and for correct mounting, please observe the following chapters:
 9 Maintenance and cleaning on page EN-20
• Guide spiral liners = for steel and stainless steels
• PA liners = for aluminum, copper, nickel and stainless steels
1 Lay out the hose assembly straight.
2 Slide the ready-to-use wire guide from the central plug up to the stop in the changeable body
and screw it down by means of the spigot nut.
