Assembly
Slide the stud guiding barrel 14 into the front cylin-
der 11.
Insert the driving piston 15 into the piston guide and
cartridge chamber 16.
The driving piston 15 must move freely in
the piston guide with cartridge chamber 16.
Slide together the front cylinder 11 and piston
guide 16.
Insert the two cylinder holders 13.
Place on the cylinder holder clip 12 in a flush man-
ner.

The Front cylinder 11 and Piston guide 16 must be
freely movable.
Insert the cylinder assembly 6.
Press the safety button 10 and latch the safety
lock 3. Cock the tool several times.

Functional Check

Perform after every cleaning and before each use
without cartridge and stud.
Cock the tool (see Putting into Operation)
Press against a hard surface.
It is prohibited to open

Pull the trigger 4. The "click" of the firing pin must
be audible. Repeat several times.

Safety Notes!
When a shot does not fire:
– Continue to press the tool for 30 seconds against
the working surface for safety reasons.
– Repeat the attachment attempt several times as
necessary. Press the tool onto the surface at a
right angle in all cases.
If the shot still does not fire:
– Continue to press the tool for 30 seconds against
the working surface for safety reasons.
– Load a new cartridge and repeat the attachment

attempt.
If the shot again does not fire or only par-
tially:
– Remove the cartridge strip (do not use force).
– Send the tool to a Würth service location for re-
pair.
If the tool performance is weak or de-
creasing:
– A large amount of dirt has collected in the tool.
– The front cylinder 11 was not pulled out to the
stop.
– The driving piston 15 has slid forward.
– The spring ring on the driving piston head is
worn (The driving piston 15 can no longer be
held in the firing position).
– The driving piston 15 is available under Art.-No.
