POSITIONING / UNPACKING
Important: Ensure adequate ventilation for efficient operation. Where possible,
ensure that counter is not adjacent to a heat source.
DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTS
If not disposed of properly all refrigerators have components that can be
harmful to the environment. All old refrigerators must be disposed of by
appropriately registered and licensed waste contractors, and in accordance
with National laws and regulations.
Important: Ensure adequate ventilation for efficient operation. Where possible,
positioning/unpacking

ensure that counter is not adjacent to a heat source.
UNPACKING: The counter is mounted on a pallet and shrinkwrapped. A wiring diagram is
supplied in a clear pocket stuck to the front of the counter. Carefully remove the shrink-
wrapping. Make sure that any sharp instrument used does not damage the counter.
Remove protective plastic film from counter body. For clean removal, carefully run a sharp
blade along joints and edges.
REMOVAL OF PALLET: Remove fittings from inside the counter. Carefully lay the counter
on its back on suitable blocks of wood. (Support worktop at all times.) If night cover fitted,
remove before fitting castors. Remove the pallet by unscrewing the securing bolts A. Fit the
castors into the vacated bolt holes with the lockable castors at the front. Return the counter
to an upright position without delay.
Counter removal from the pallet:
Counters fitted with castors - Remove fittings from inside the unit and ensure all drawers and doors are
locked before removal from the pallet. Cut the heavy duty cable ties that hold the front castors to the pallet.
Unlock the castors and then carefully roll the unit forward off the pallet.
Counters fitted with legs - Remove fittings from inside the unit and ensure all drawers and doors are
locked before removal from the pallet. Remove the fixing blocks located in front of the legs at the front of the
unit and cut the straps securing the unit to the pallet. Carefully manoeuvre the unit forward, off the pallet.
Castors/legs/feet
These are boxed with the shelves

and shelf supports inside the
counter. these models are
normally fitted with 75mm
swivel/braked castors at the front
and fixed castors at the rear.
NB: ENSUE THAT THE CASTORS
ARE SECURELY TIGHTENED ON
INSTALLATION.
Check the level of the counter
with a spirit level.
Counter levels may be adjusted
by inserting spacer washers
between the appropriate castor at
the base of the counter.
Removable shelf support
Shelving

uprights:
To remove loosen retaining
screws, lift up approx 12mm
and pull away from the wall.
After cleaning line up with
retaining studs and reverse
procedure. Make sure screws
are tight before arranging
shelves.
NB: BEFORE REPLACING
VERTICAL SUPPORTS, TRAYS
AND SHELVES, WIPE THE
COUNTER WITH A CLEANER
APPROVED FOR FOOD
CONTACT SURFACES.
ENSURE THE RETAINING
STUDS IN THE VERTICAL
SUPPORTS ARE TIGHT.
start up
Switching On
If the unit has been laid on its back at any time DO NOT switch on immediately but leave in the upright

position for at least 60 minutes. To switch on the unit see 'User Operation Guidelines'. Allow the unit to reach its
normal operating temperature before loading with product.

Doors
Removal: Unscrew the two

screws holding the bottom
hinge bracket A.
This will allow the door to
be pulled away from the
hinge pin in the top hinge
bracket B.
Shelf / Tray Supports
To fit trayslides insert the
bottom projection into the
vertical support and twist the
trayslides with an upward
motion to engage the top
projection.
Ensure the trayslides are
parallel and level after fitting.
