6. To Use
1. Remove all parts from the packaging and inspect for damage.
2. Connect the Power Adapter to the Power Cord on the cushion and route it so that it will not be tripped
over or pulled.
3. Press the body area to be treated carefully against the massager and check that the massage position
is comfortable for you. The massage should feel pleasant and relaxing at all times. If the massage is
painful or uncomfortable, stop the massage or change the cushion's position or the contact pressure.
Do not trap or squeeze any part of your body, especially feet, hands, and fingers, between the rotating
massage heads and their mounts.
4. Press the Rotation Button to switch the massage heads on; they will start to rotate. Press the Rotation
Button again to change the direction of rotation.
5. Press the Heat Button to activate the heat function.
6. Press and hold the Rotation Button for two seconds to shut the device off.

CAUTION
• Do not use the massage device for longer than 15 minutes. Longer usage can over-stimulate the muscles
and cause tension instead of relaxation. This device features an auto shutoff function, which will shut
the device off after 15 minutes.
