Wartung / Zerlegen
Die Comline
Pump 2000 ist dank des Prinzips
®
„Self-Cleaning-System" besonders wartungsarm,
jedoch empfehlen wir, die Antriebseinheit alle
zwei Jahre gründlich zu reinigen. Bei ungünstigen
Verhältnissen, wie z.B. hohem Kalkgehalt, starkem
Schlammaufkommen oder Störungen sind kürzere
Abstände nötig.
Pumpendeckel entfernen (1).
Antrieb entnehmen (2).
Motordeckel entfernen (3) und Pumpenkammer
ausspülen.
Sollte sich die Antriebseinheit infolge Verkalkung
oder getrockneter Verunreinigung nicht mehr
bewegen
lassen,
keine
Gewalt
anwenden!
Pumpe und Antrieb ca. 24 Std. in verdünnte
Essig- oder Zitronensäurelösung legen, danach
Reinigungsmittel gründlich abspülen.
In
umgekehrter
Reihenfolge
zusammensetzen und beim Pumpendeckel auf
die richtige Position achten, „-|COM|+"-Zeichen (4)
muss beim Wasserausgang stehen.
Maintenance / Disassembly
Although the Comline
®
extraordinary low-maintenance, we recommend
to clean the pump and the drive unit thoroughly
every other year. Under unfavorable conditions,
for example, a high lime content, excessive sludge
formation or failures, shorter intervals are necessary.
Remove pump cover (1).
Remove drive (2).
Remove motor cover (3) and rinse pump chamber.
If the drive unit is no longer able to move due to
liming or dried debris, do not apply force! Soak the
pump and drive for about 24 hours in diluted acetic
or citric acid, then rinse off the cleaning agents
thoroughly.
Reassemble in reverse order and for the pump
cover observe the correct position: „-|COM|+" (4)

Entretien / Démontage
Pump 2000 has an

Pump 2000 ne nécessite que peu d'entretien,
nous recommandons cependant un nettoyage
approfondi de l'équipage mobile tous les deux ans.
Lors de conditions d'utilisation sévères, par ex. eau
très calcaire ou forte présence de mucus, nous
conseillons des nettoyages plus fréquents.
Ouvrez la pompe (1).
Retirez l'entraînement (2).
Retirez le couvercle de la pompe (3) et rincer la
chambre.
Si l'entraînement devait être bloqué en raison d'une
calcification ou d'impuretés sèches : ne pas forcer!
Immergez la pompe ou l'entraînement de pompe
durant env. 24 heures dans une solution à base de
vinaigre puis rincez abondamment.
Le remontage obéit à l'ordre inverse de démontage.
Le couvercle de turbine doit être parfaitement
positionné pour son remontage, position „-|COM|+"
(4) vers la sortie d'eau.
