INTRODUCTION
The Multi Function Steam oven is an oven with a
volume of 30 litres. It is ideal for pizzas, casseroles,
all pastry dishes and cakes, grilling or roasting fish
and meat, raclette dishes, rotisserie dishes, and more.
What makes this oven special is that it also features
a steam function. The steam distributes evenly and
quickly, allowing you to enjoy optimum prepared dishes

GENERAL DIRECTIONS

Place the appliance on a stable and heat resistant
surface. Do not place the oven directly under a shelf
or cabinet or close to a wall; ensure at least 10cm
clearance.
The oven will emit some smells and a little smoke
the first time it is used. This is normal and will pass.
The outside of the oven window is insulated, but it
will nonetheless become very hot. Do not touch the
oven window when the oven is in use.
Do not over-fill the oven. Make sure there is enough
room around the food for the hot air to circulate.
Use oven gloves to put dishes, racks, baking trays,
etc. into the oven and to remove them from it.
Pre-heat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
A high temperature steam or high temperature
airflow will be released when you open the door (8)
during or after the cooling operation of the product.
A safe distance shall be maintained when the
door (8) of the product is opened to avoid hurting
yourself.
Do not put anything on the open oven door (8) and
make sure children do not stand on it or lean on it,
as this could cause the oven to topple over. Choose
the right accessories depending on the type of food
that you want to cook.
WARNING: Ensure that the appliance is switched off
before replacing the lightbulb to avoid the possibility of
electric shock.
Steam cleaner is not to be used.
Do not touch the steam oven in use because it may
have a very high surface temperature; if it is needed
to touch or move the oven, please power off the
product firstly and then use insulated gloves.
The oven can not be cleaned unless the power plug
has been unplugged and the oven is cooled down.
The water tank (5) may not be overfilled with water.
Please use it correctly since there is a marked
maximum water lever scale.
The food is not allowed to rely on the horizontal lane
of door glass to prevent the product from scalding
yourself due to its inclination after the end of the
cooking operation.
Please take out the water tank (5) and allow
the residual water of the product to flow out
