5. AUTO SCAN function will run automatically for 3 minutes to search for radio stations. The screen
displays the frequencies and station numbers. Once completed, the unit will store a maximum of
20 preset stations.
6. Turn Tuning/Select (14) left & right to select the station of your choice.
Press Tuning/Select (14) to confirm station choice.
Storing A DAB Station Preset
Your unit can store DAB radio stations for your favourite stations.
1. In DAB mode, press
2. Long press MODE (Pre-set function) to choose the station.
3. Press Tuning/Select (14) to confirm the stored station.
Note: If a DAB station is already stored under a preset, it will be over-written when a new station
is stored.
4. The radio will store up to 20 DAB stations.
If no DAB stations have been stored, the radio will revert to the previously selected radio station.
Menu
Long press Menu (10) for 3 seconds to enter menu:
A. Full scan, B. Manual tune, C. Prune, D. System: Language, factory reset by turning Tuning/Select
(14) left or right to select menu functions.
B. Press Tuning/Select (14) to enter the function.
• Full scan: The unit will automatically scan for all DAB radio stations. Go to MODE, Press Tuning/
Select (14) to confirm your station choice.
• Manual Tune: Press to scan, then user can manually tune the frequency.
• Prune: To trim DAB stations, you can remove any stations without reception on the DAB station
list. Press the Menu, use Tuning/Select to choose the Prune function. Select to delete station. The
display will show Yes or No. Press Tuning/Select to confirm the station's deletion. The inactive or
unreceived station will be removed from the list and replaced by a new station.

- Language: English, Deutsch, Italiano & Français
- Factory reset: All presets will be erased.
• Press MENU again to exit the function.
DAB Display Information (Info)
When listening to a DAB station, you can change the information that appears on the display. There
are several different types of information sent by the broadcaster.
• Dynamic Label Segment (DLS)
This is scrolling text information supplied by the broadcaster. Information may be the name of an
artist or music title, DJ's name, contact details for the radio station, etc.
• Multiplex Name: Displays the broadcasting area and collection of radio stations on this frequency
e.g.:
BBC National DAB, Station1.
• Channel and Frequency: e.g.: 13F 225.648 MHz
• Signal error: If signal is weak or error signal occurs, try adjusting the antenna and relocating the unit
to improve reception.
