Causes
The tension of the support rollers is too tight.

worn.
The springs on the guide rollers are weak.
The guide roller bearings are defective.
The support roller bearings are defective.
The support rollers are too loose.
The guide rollers are worn.
The cutting blade is not installed correctly on

maintenance is done incorrectly.
Incorrect cutting blade is used on the materi-

The guide rollers do not move freely and
cannot push the cutting blade sufficiently
hard against the drive wheel.
The drive wheel is worn. Abrasive material
and not sufficient water when you operate
cause the drive wheel to wear faster.
The guide roller flange is worn. When more
than half of the width of the flange is worn,
the cutting blade slips.

worn. This is caused by lower flush of abra-
sive material and/or worn drive wheel.
