OPERATION
1.
Choose a Torque Sensor above the capacity of the wrench (e.g. if the wrench
capacity is 36 ft-lb (50 N·m), then select a sensor with a capacity greater
than that.
2.
If required, use the correct square drive adapter to fit the wrench securely to
the sensor.
•
Always choose sensors above the capability of the wrench (If the wrench capacity is 50 N.m, select a sensor with a
capacity greater or equal to 50 N.m).
3.
Adjust the fixing bar horizontally so the bar midpoint is aligned with the

bar at the midpoint of the grip.
•
Position the wrench in the direction of the arrow.
•
Adjust the handle plate vertically so the wrench is held level horizontally, within +/- 3 degrees.
4.
Position the wrench in the direction of the arrow.
•
For safety, ensure the wrench handle is located between fi xing bar (3) and fi xing bar (4) before applying any torque.
5.
Adjust the handle plate vertically so the wrench is held level horizontally,
NOTE: Attention for setting wrench
within ±3°.
Torque wrench should be placed horizontally for better accuracy (should be within 3 degree).
6.
Load the torque wrench horizontally for better accuracy (should be within 3°).
