INSTALLATION

4.1

SOFTWARE

Software requires a PC or tablet running Windows 7 or greater, with Adobe
Acrobat Reader installed, and a spare USB port.
4.2

BENCH SETUP

Working temperature 64° F - 82° F, ±1° (18° C - 28° C, ±1°).
>
Ensure that the work area is clear, stable and fl at.
>
Level the Torque Bench by adjusting the leveling feet.
>
Bench is heavy, ensure adequate support in place when lifting to prevent against
damage and injury.

SENSOR INSTALLATION

>
Check the capacity of the torque wrench to be tested.
>
Connect the sensors at least 10 minutes before use to allow the temperature to
stabilize.
>
Choose the proper sensor or adaptor, and ensure that all screws fastened to the
specifi ed tightening torque.
>
Position the sensors, ensuring that they are always facing the same direction.
