. Switch off the appliance - press the switch.
D The indicator light goes out.

. Turn off the on‐site electrical main switch.

Cleaning and maintenance

Notes
D Do not apply any caustic cleaners to the control panel or switch!
D Do not clean or spray the device with water hoses, high‐pressure cleaners, high‐pressure
steam cleaners or steam cleaners!
D Do not spray foam cleaner on front panels and appliance panels. The foam cleaner gets into
the smallest of cracks and destroys the electrical and electronic systems.
D Follow the instructions supplied by the manufacturer of the cleaning agent!
D Do not use any scouring cleaning agent or damaged cleaning scrapers! These cause scrat­
ches.
D Stainless steel must not be in prolonged contact with concentrated acids, vinegar essence,
salt solution, mustard or spice mixtures, otherwise the protective layer will be attacked. After
use, rinse stainless steel surfaces until water runs clear, and rub dry.
Cleaning and maintenance products‐
Suitable cleaning and maintenance products can be obtained from your customer service.‐
These are, for example:
- Grease‐cutting cleaning agent or special stainless steel cleaners,‐
- Protective stainless steel cleaners.
Ask your customer service!
Cleaning
. Turn off appliance and let it cool down.
. Clean surfaces with a damp cloth and a cleaning agent that cuts through grease.
. Rub cleaned surfaces dry with a soft cloth.
