HOPPER EMPTYING

1.
Stop the machine by releasing the drive pedal.
2.
Turn the ignition key (2) to "0".
3.
Engage the parking brake by pressing the pedal (3) and engaging the lever (4).
4.
Disengage the hook (18) by pulling its lower end.
5.
Remove the hopper (17) by using the handle (19) and by disengaging it from the inner guides.
Discharge all the debris into special containers. To make discharging procedure easier, inside the hopper there are two
different containers (optional) with handle (36).
6.
Install the containers with handle (36), if equipped.
7.
Install the hopper (17) and engage it to the inner guides, then fasten it with the hook (18).
8.
The machine is ready to start working again.

AFTER MACHINE USE

After working, before leaving the machine, perform the following procedures.
1.
Lift the side brooms with the lever (91).
2.
Lift the main broom with the lever (92).
3.
Turn on the fi lter shaker with the switch (85).
4.
Empty the hopper (17) (see the procedure in the previous paragraph).
5.
Remove the ignition key (82).
6.
Engage the parking brake by pressing the pedal (3) and engaging the lever (4).

PUSHING/TOWING THE MACHINE

To push/tow the machine when it is turned off, no special prearrangement is necessary.

MACHINE LONG INACTIVITY

If the machine is not going to be used for more than 30 days, proceed as follows:
1.
Check that the machine storage area is dry and clean.
2.
Disconnect the negative terminal of the batteries (43).
3.
Handle the petrol engine as shown in the relevant Manual.

FIRST PERIOD OF USE

After the fi rst 8 hours perform the following procedures:
Check the fastening and connecting parts for proper tightening.
Check the visible parts for integrity and leakages.
After the fi rst 20 hours of work, or after the fi rst month, change the engine oil (see the relevant Manual).

MAINTENANCE

The lifespan of the machine and its maximum operating safety are ensured by correct and regular maintenance.
The following table provides the scheduled maintenance. The intervals shown may vary according to particular working conditions,
which are to be defi ned by the person in charge of the maintenance.
All scheduled or extraordinary maintenance procedures must be performed by qualifi ed personnel, or by an authorised Service
Center.
This Manual describes only the easiest and most common maintenance procedures.
For other maintenance procedures shown in the Scheduled Maintenance Table, refer to the Service Manual that can be consulted
at any Service Center.
WARNING!
To perform maintenance procedures, the machine must be off and, if necessary, the batteries must be
disconnected.
Moreover, carefully read all the instructions in the Safety chapter before performing any maintenance
procedure.
