9. Charging times
The duration of the charging time is shown in the fol-
lowing table (the charging time depends on the battery's
discharge state).

11. Disposal
Charging devices, accessories and packaging should be
recycled in an environmentally-friendly manner.
Only for EU countries:
Do not dispose of charging devices in
household waste. In accordance with the
European Directive 2012/19/EC on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment and its
implementation into national law, unservice-
able chargers should be collected separately
and recycled in an environmentally-friendly
manner.

We declare under our sole responsibility that this
product corresponds to the following norms or nor-
mative documents: EN60335-1:2012, EN60335-2-
29:2004+A2:2010, EN55014-1:2006+A1:2009+A2:2011,

accordance with Directives 2006/95/EG, 2004/108/EC,

10. Warning
Please note that the battery must be removed from
the charging slot if the charger is not connected to the
network . The battery will otherwise become completely
discharged.
The charger will monitor the temperature of the battery
pack. Batteries at temperatures of above 40° C or below
5° C will not therefore be charged.
The charger was manufactured for Ni-MH und Li-ION
batteries. Ni-MH battery cells get hotter, which does not
indicate a defect and is quite normal.
12. Guarantee
All Akku Power products come with a 12-month guaran-
tee from the invoice date. This does not cover damage
due to overcharge or improper handling.
