SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

Check that the switch is in the correct position, and the leads if applicable, before
any measurement.
Check the correct alignment of the conductor in relation to the markings, and that
the jaws close correctly.
Do not use the clamp on cables or conductors at a voltage of more than 600 V.
Do not use the clamp for currents greater than 1000 A AC and 1400 A DC.
Do not make measurements of resistance, continuity test or diode test on a live
circuit.
Always disconnect the clamp from any electric source before changing the battery.
Set the switch to the OFF position when you are not using the clamp.
