Achtung:
X Es ist zu beachten, dass in manchen Fahrzeugen die Ziga-
rettenbuchse auch nach dem Zündschloss aus weiterhin ver-
sorgt wird. Bei angeschlossenem Gerät kann unter bestimm-
ten Umständen zur Entladung der Fahrzeugbatterie kommen.
X Daher sollte das Gerät von der Zigarettenbuchse nach dem
Motorstop ausgesteckt werden.
Power supply of the POWERBASE

Variant 1
Step 1:
The power supply of the POWERBASE is established via a 3-core cable.
Connect the black (clamp 31 – minus), the red (clamp 30 – steady plus)
and the blue cable (clamp 15 – ignition plus) to the power supply of your
car (where required via the cigarette lighter or the fuse box).
Attention:
X If you also connect the blue cable to clamp 30 (steady
positive), the device will be permanently supplied with power.
X If the vehicle is not running for a longer period, this could
lead to a discharge of the car battery.
Step 2:
Installation instructions for the fuses (see picture)
Connect the end of the red cable to the matching end of the car installation
cable. Cable ends should be placed inside the clamp and clamped – a click
sound will be heard. Then place the fuse in the way shown in the last
picture. The above actions should be repeated for the blue cable.
