RACLETTES
•
For raclettes use approximately 200-250g special raclette cheese per person. Cut
the cheese into thin slices of 2mm.
•
Lay the cheese in the raclette mini pans and place the mini
pans on the appliance in the specially designed slots. The
cheese will be ready in about 3-4 minutes. Do not overfill
the pans.
•
The above can be prepared with a combination of onions, gherkins, lettuce,
baguettes or potatoes.
•
The raclette mini pans are also suitable for frying eggs or new potatoes (small)
and even meat.
•
Do not touch the pans with bare hands; use the handles and take care not to heat
empty pans.
