Make sure that the polarity is correct.
Before starting up the appliance for the first time, check whether the op-
erating voltage and the battery voltage match (see type plate).

➤ Connect the refrigerator (fig. a, page 7)
– as directly as possible to the poles of the battery or
– to a plug socket which is fuse protected with at least 15 A (at 12 V) or
7.5 A (at 24 V).
Caution!

Disconnect the device and other consumers from the battery be-
fore charging the battery with a quick charging device.
Over voltages can damage the electronics of the device.
