Problem Potential cause/solution

mobile
phone has
been acti-
vated, but
doesn't
respond.
The
charging
process
does not
start.
SMS can-
not be re-
ceived or
sent.
• Is the keylock activated?
• Remove the recharge-
able battery and wait a
few seconds before in-
serting it back into the
mobile phone and turn-
ing it back on.
If the rechargeable bat-
tery is empty, it may
take some time for the
charging process to be
displayed.
Has the SIM card been
correctly inserted?
