Disconnect the linecord before opening the Omega Five Unit
Charger to prevent electrical shock.

Fuse Replacement

The case of the Omega Five Unit Charger is made of two halves. These
top and bottom halves are held together by two screws, accessible from
the bottom of the charger. End panels at the front and rear of the
charger are held captive by the case halves.
To replace the fuse:
1. Locate and unscrew the fuse holder on the rear end panel of the
charger.
2. Select the appropriate replacement fuse using the table shown in
FIGURE 5-2.
3. Replace the fuse and reinstall the fuse holder.

Main Module Failure

If the main circuit board module has failed, replace the charger.
