COMMISSIONING
Plug the power plug into a convenient mains socket (cf. identification plate)
and place the batteries into the battery mounting adapter on the charger.
The charger will then start up automatically. The cells have not to be inserted
simultaneous, the charging processes being separated from each other. When
charging is finished, the batteries are provided with trickle charging so that the
batteries can remain in the charger until use. Warming of the batteries during
the charging process is normal.
ENVIRONMENTAL REFERENCE
By using rechargeable batteries and ANSMANN chargers you conserve the
environment and safe money by doing so. Rechargeable batteries are not to be
disposed in domestic waste. Give used batteries back to your dealer or rather
to the battery collecting point.
MAINTENANCE
Do not practise any cleaning or maintenance work, if your charger is plugged
in. In order to guarantee a perfect function of the charger keep the contacts
inside the charging boxes free of dirt. Use nothing but a dry cloth to clean the
charger. Do not plug in the charger in case of damaged cabinet or powerplug.
Never open the charger. Chargers in need of repair must be taken to authorized
dealers.
Error and misprint excepted.
