BERG Elite+
2.4 Instructions for use
When using the BERG trampoline, moving properly requires good posture. The right posture and
balance are achieved by tensing the muscles.
Good posture makes safe usage of the trampoline possible. When jumping, the body is exposed to
shocks that need to be correctly absorbed. By tensing your muscles, you obtain better control over
your balance and the jumping and rebounding strength of the body increases. A more relaxed posture
leads to loss of energy and jumping and rebounding strength decreases. Start with the basic jumps and
jumping positions and do not go any further before you have mastered these. Stop jumping by bending
your knees as soon as your feet touch the mat.
Basic bounce
• Stand straight and hold your head erect.
• Focus your eyes on the jump mat.
• Swing your arms forward and point your toes downwards while in the air.
• Bring your feet together and point your toes downwards while in the air.
• Keep your feet about 40 cm apart when landing on the mat.
Knee drop
• Start with the basic bounce.
• Keep your eyes focused on the jump mat.
• Drop to your knees.
• Keep your back erect at the same time.
• Straighten up again to an erect position.
