Put appropriate Bag-in-Box containers (1.5 - 5 liters) in
the compartments provided for them.
The interior of the unit is divided into two compartments,
in this manner one or two Bag-in-Box containers can be
placed in the unit.
These compartments are divided and separately
equipped with thermoregulators. Because of such there
exists the possibility of setting the temperature
depending on the type of drink.
ATTENTION!
In order to obtain the optimum results more quickly,
Bag-in-Box containers that are already chilled should
be used.
We do not recommend this temperature range, because the typical
taste and aroma for red wines will disappear.
Young, fruit wine can produce its best aroma in this temperature.
Full bodied red wine develops its bouquet of aromas. From 16 °C
the bouquet of wine is developed.
The speed of evaporation is too high, the aroma is too intensive,
the properties of the wine grow stronger, which is sometimes felt in
an unpleasant manner.
This temperature range is recommended for sweet white wines and
fortified wines.
Light and young wines are consumed in temperatures chilled below
10 °C.
Dry and young white wines are consumed usually in a temperature
of 10 °C.
Aromatic and mature white wines demand serving temperatures of
12 °C.
This temperature is recommended for semi-dry white wines.
