Safety rules for carbon dioxide (CO2) cylinders
• Use only to supply CO
• CO cylinders are highly pressurized. Therefore, do not throw CO
2
• CO supply only in conjunction with appropriate pressure reducers: for reusable CO
2
disposable CO cylinders with connection thread M10 x 1.25, for Dennerle disposable CO
2
• Cylinders must always be in an upright position when supplying CO
• Do not open CO cylinders by force.

• Reusable CO cylinders: Refill only at authorised CO
2
Remove cage before refilling.
• CO gas is heavier than air and has a suffocating effect in high concentrations. Avoid breathing in CO
2
• Store CO cylinders in well ventilated areas and not in cellars.

• Please note the following when transporting individual cylinders in vehicles: Secure to prevent from sliding and rolling around, as the
valve may otherwise incur damage and CO2 gas may escape. Ensure adequate ventilation.

3 Set-up and connection
3.1 Connecting the pressure reducer to a CO2 cylinder
3.1.1

• Using the Allen key, screw the adapter slowly and without canting
into the connection socket of the pressure reducer, tighten firmly.
• Turn setting knob as far as it will go in direction "-" (CO2 supply
shut off).
• Connect pressure reducer to CO2 cylinder. Ensure that the washer
is fitted correctly and that the sealing surfaces are clean! Tighten
coupling ring finger-tight with 27mm spanner.
