11 – Warranty
Warranty period
In accordance with our general conditions of sale, the warranty period for your tool is two years under normal
usage conditions. Proof of purchase will be requested (invoice or delivery note).
The warranty covers:
Check the mains plug/socket connection. Check the condition of all cables right up
to the appliance. Call the VIRAX technical service
Connect the motor to a 230V, 50/60 Hz (110 V) power supply
Call the VIRAX technical service
Check the water supply hose: the interior diameter must be at least 15mm. Also, the
mains water pressure must be at least 1 bar
Set up a storage container with a purge in the supply line between the tap and the
pump supply connector
Clean the filter
Call the VIRAX technical service
Open valve V1 until the required pressure is reached
Check the two ends of the water supply hose for leaks
Check the water supply hose: the interior diameter must be at least 15mm. Also,
the mains water pressure must be at least 1 bar
Check the operation of valve V2 Clean it and remove any dirt that may have built up
from the water supply
