5.2.2 Replacement of guide plugs

When the guide plugs (1) cannot be adusted anymore, they have to be replaced. Remove the two
cylinder head bolts (3) as well as the correcting bolts and replace the guide plugs by new ones.

5.3 Removal of material

We would like to point out that – in connection with the environmental regulations – parts which are to
be replaced have to be disposed of according to the corresponding regulations.
If the spare part is not replaced by GÖLZ, its disposal has to be arranged by the competent authority.
All charges which are caused hereby are for the account of the customer.

6.0 Guarentee

6.1 Period

For the core drill rigs a guarantee of 6 months is issued from the day of delivery. Claims under
guarantee have to be proved by bringing a copy of the invoice.

6.2 Outline

During the guarantee period material defects and defects of fabrication are repaired free of charge
after the claim has been estimated by the GÖLZ. Transport costs and travelling costs are for the
account of the customer.
The guarantee expires when:
•
the machine was operated or connected inaccccurately
•
the machine was overcharged
•
the machine was used for purposes other than intended
•
in case of proved unsufficient maintenance
•
the operating manual and the recommendations as to the safety regulations were not
adhered to
•
the machine was used by unauthorized people
•
the machine was repaired with parts other than intended
•
the encoding was removed or couldn't be identified any more
•
Deficiencies or damages were caused through fire or transport

6.3 Regulations

If required you are asked to send the machine back so that the damages can be estimated. Transport
costs and travelling costs are for the account of the customer.
Please let us know your complaints in writing. Take care that the machine is so packed that it can be
transported safely in order to prevent any damage in transit.
