Tips and Troubleshooting
Rinsing and flushing.
• Between each blend cycle the machine
automatically rinses the internal components. At
any time, you can press Flush, which is a 20-second
rinse, or Rinse, which is a 6-second rinse.
Display states Motion Control Error.
• It is likely the door was opened during blending or
rinsing. Wait for the display to say "Remove Drink"
before opening the door. Stop will cancel the error
message.
Water is overflowing from the wash chamber.
• Check for a buildup on the grate, located in the rear
of the wash chamber.
• Check for a clogged drain pipe.
• Reduce the water pressure to the machine.
Difficult to insert the cup into the cup holder.
• First, rotate the cup holder about 1/4 turn
counterclockwise (this will open the gripping fingers
to the largest diameter). Next, place the cup into
the cup holder and rotate the cup holder clockwise
to lightly grip the cup. When blending is finished,
rotate the cup holder counterclockwise about 1/4
turn to loosen the grip and remove the cup.
Removing the water line.
• First, relieve the back pressure on the water line by
turning the water valve off to the machine, and then
select the Rinse cycle. At the rear of the machine,
tug slightly on the tubing (arrow 2), and at the
same time, push the collar back on the fitting that
surrounds the water line (arrow 1).
Machine fails to start or stops while it is running
and/or display is blank.
• Check to see if unit is securely plugged into an
electrical outlet of the proper voltage and frequency.
• Check to see if the fuse for the electrical outlet has
blown or if a circuit breaker has tripped.
• This machine is equipped with motor overload
protection. If the motor stops during operation due
to overheating, unplug and allow the machine to
cool down for 15 minutes. Plug machine back in
after 15 minutes to resume normal operations.
• Make sure shield cover is properly assembled and
closed.
