Instructions for use
To lift:
• Position yourself next to the hand chain
• Pull BY HAND on the right-hand section of the hand chain
To lower:
• Position yourself next to the hand chain
• Pull BY HAND on the left-hand section of the hand chain
WARNING!
• Do not use to lift people or loads over people.
• Do not exceed the rated capacity of the chain block.
• Do not use chain block load chain as a sling this may cause damage to the chain.
• Always inspect the chain block for damage prior to use.If chain block is damaged,do not use until it has been repaired or replaced.
• Do not use more than one chain block to 1ift or move a 1oad.
• Do not use a chain block if the chain is twisted, kinked or damaged.
• Do not operate chain block unless load is centered between top and bottom hooks.
• Never use the chain block if either hook is stretched ,deformed, or has a broken or missing safety latch.
