No hot water
Milk is not smooth after
texturing

Sage Appliances guarantees this product for
domestic use in specified territories for 2 years
from the date of purchase against defects caused
by faulty workmanship and materials. During
this guarantee period Sage Appliances will repair,
replace, or refund any defective product

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Empty tank
Steam Wand is blocked
Not enough steam
Milk is not cold enough
WHAT TO DO
Fill the water tank.
Use the pin on the cleaning
tool to clear the opening. If
the steam wand continues
to be blocked remove the
tip of the steam wand using
the spanner in the middle of
the cleaning tool. Refer to
'Cleaning the Steam Wand'
on page 11.
Steam wand may be blocked.
Refer to 'Cleaning the Steam
Wand' on page 11.
Use cold fresh milk, refer
to 'Texturing Milk', page 9.
The safety thermal cut out
may have activated due to the
pump overheating. Turn the
machine off and allow to cool
for about 30-60 minutes.
