10 Jahre Nachkaufgarantie
Mit VIGOUR auf Nummer sicher! Im Rahmen der zurzeit gültigen gesetz-
lichen Bestimmungen des Kaufvertragsrechts (BGB hinsichtlich Mängel-
gewährleistungsansprüche) gewährleistet VIGOUR für Mängel, die bereits
zum Zeitpunkt des Verkaufs bestanden, eine Nachbesserung in einem Zeit-
raum von 10 Jahren sowie eine Nachkaufgarantie von 10 Jahren – jeweils
ab Rechnungsdatum. Technische Änderungen und Anpassungen des Pro-
duktdesigns behält sich VIGOUR vor.

10 years subsequent purchase guarantee
Play safe with VIGOUR! Within the framework of the currently valid legal
provisions of the purchase contract law (BGB with respect to warranty
claims) VIGOUR guarantees for defects that existed at the time of the sale,
a repair within a period of 5 years as well as a subsequent purchase gua-
rantee of 10 years - each from the date of invoice. VIGOUR reserves the
right to make technical changes and adjustments to the product design.
